Community Association Manager – Danbury, CT
Property management firm seeking an experienced association manager to oversee a portfolio of community associations throughout Western CT. The manager will oversee the day to day affairs of each association including - supervising third party vendors, reviewing financials and payables, communicating with the Board and unit owners, attending Board and Owner meetings, taking minutes at meetings, performing property inspections and other related duties. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, be a self-starter, possess strong organizational skills, have the ability to multi task, excellent customer service skills and a passion for community association management.
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Valid driver’s license and dependable automobile
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word and Excel
* CMCA designation

Community Association Manager – Seymour, CT
Full time opportunity with attractive salary and benefits package for a dynamic individual who will manage multiple Connecticut residential condominium and homeowner associations in accordance with the bylaws and declarations of the association as well as pertinent state statutes. Typical responsibilities include evaluating service bids, hiring personnel to maintain the grounds or conduct repairs, following up on action items, collecting dues and assisting in the management of the financial aspects of the association as well as assisting in the drafting and enforcement of community rules and regulations including mediation and resolution of disputes and conflicts among community residents. The Community Association Manager is required to attend and coordinate community board meetings which can range from monthly to bi-annually and are typically held in the evening.
This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with people. The individual must be detail oriented, possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be savvy with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Must successfully pass the CMCA examination within one year of employment.
