There is an old business maxim: "You get out what you put in." That certainly holds true at CAI-CT.

We have a variety of committees for you to serve on. Trade Shows, Educational Programs, Golf Fundraiser, Publications, and more are all active committees seeking your involvement. While we prefer an altruistic approach to service, the reality is that you will likely make some very strong business connections while serving on a committee, so why not get involved today? Prime networking experiences await those who answer the call.

Conference – Responsible for Annual Conference, March 2012, over 78 exhibitors, 5 education sessions, over 550 attendees.  Meets in Seymour,  generally once a month, more often as necessary. Golf - Responsible for Annual Golf Tournament, June 11, 2011, over 140 golfers, many sponsors.  Meets in Avon, generally every other month, more often as necessary. Chair – Rich Bouvier, Bouvier Insurance ;  Brian Kelly, Smith Insurance; Joe Rodgers, Carney, Roy & Gerroll; Albert Miller, Farmington Woods; Dan Rys, New Alliance Bank; Jesse Odell, Resource Options; Howard Rosenberg, Rosenberg & Rosenberg

LAC - Responsible for Advocacy, Meets in Hamden, generally once a month, more often as necessary. Chair –Scott J. Sandler, Esq. - Perlstein, Sandler & McCracken, LLC

Publication – Responsible for publication of Common Interest Magazine, 8 times a year. Committee members provide content and oversee content submissions. Meets in Hartford, quarterly. Marketing - Responsible for publication marketing menu  (same committee as Publication). Meets in Hartford, quarterly. Chair – Sam Tomasetti, Tomasetti Kulas; Bob Gourley, MyEzCondo; Tim Wentzell, Connecticut Property Engineering; Jim Banno, Imagineers; Adam Cohen, Pullman & Comley

Program – Responsible for networking & education programs for board members, managers and vendors.  Meets monthly, East Hartford.  Chair – Lynne McCarron, Phoenix Property Management; Pam Bowman, Prime Touch Services; Donna Rathbun, Imagineers, LLC

Fall Fundraiser – Responsible for fall fundraising event. Chair - Dave Pilon, Bouvier Insurance; Dan Rys NewAlliance Bank; Bob Gourley, MyEzCondo; Bill Jackson, JP Maguire; Wayne Provost JP Maguire; Mea Anderson, Crystal Restoration Services; Jean Walker, Crystal Restoration Services. Meets 6 times a year in Waterbury.

Paradise – Responsible for southern summer networking for board members managers and vendors. Meets quarterly, Fairfield county. Chair – Diane Servos, A & S Windows; Mea Anderson, Crystal Restoration Services. Meets twice a year.
