Rules – How Can They Be Changed? Some residents feel that rules were made to be broken. Yet the Board has to enforce the rules to govern their community. Sometimes the rules go too far; sometimes not far enough. Do you know the proper procedure for adopting, modifying, and enforcing the rules in your community? Back by popular demand, our cast of characters will present a lively board meeting of the fictitious community association “Happy Valley Condominium.” Does your association have rules?  Learn the important proper steps needed to change or add a rule to your community.
We will be holding a mock board meeting with the intent of changing a pet rule.
