Currently the Secretary of CAI-CT, Rich also serves as the CAI-CT Annual Golf Tournament Chairperson. His involvement with CAI-CT and the condominium industry dates back the beginning of his career in 2000 with multiple articles published in Common Interest magazine. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Psychology and earned the professional designation of, CIC as a Certified Insurance Counselor.

EVERY association has legal questions. Greg McCracken is a member of Perlstein, Sandler & McCracken, LLC, which represents more than 400 community associations in Connecticut. His practice emphasizes common interest community law and land use, planning and zoning law, and he represents community associations, developers, and property owners. He was an attorney at Robinson & Cole for six years. He is the reporter of the forthcoming second edition of the Common Interest Ownership Manual, which the Connecticut Bar Association will publish. Greg graduated from the University of California at Davis (B.A., Linguistics, 1985), the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (J.D., with distinction, 1993), and the University of Illinois (M.U.P. 2000).

As a regional account executive, her territories include New England and New York. Erin is heavily involved with CAI.
