Day of Tournament Details

To make sure your day is enjoyable, we direct your attention to the following rules and regulations that pertain to our members and their guests as well as anyone participating in a golf outing. Your compliance with these regulations in advance of your outing will avoid embarrassing situations.

Golfing Attire
All golfers are requested to be appropriately attired. Appropriate attire shall be considered casual dress consistent with the social atmosphere of an upscale private country club such as: long pants, Bermuda shorts, skirts and dresses of acceptable length, and golf shirts with collars. Shirts and blouses are to be worn tucked in and hats may not be facing backwards, nor on the patio or inside the Clubhouse. Inappropriate attire shall be considered as short shorts, denim, designer jeans, tank tops, undershirts, tee shirts and bare tops.

Format  
You will be playing a scramble.  Everyone hits their drive, take the best drive, everyone hits from this point.  Continue this until the ball is holed.  Gross and Net Scoring.

Tees         
Men – White Tees – Under 65 Years Old
Men – Gold Tees – Over 65 Years Old
Women – Red Tees 

Pace of Play
Please be aware of your groups pace.  Your golf cart will inform you of your position relative to a 4:10 pace.  We expect all groups to finish ahead of 4:30.

Carts
Golf Carts are equipped with GPS for yardages and proximity awareness for restricted areas.  If you enter one of these areas, the cart will shut down for 10 Seconds.  You can return to safety after waiting for cart to reactivate.

Mulligans - $5
Lotto Ball - 1 for $10, 3 for $20 
Teacup Raffle Tickets - 1 sheet of tickets = $20; 3 sheets = $40.  Each sheet has 20 tickets.

The Business of Running Your Community

Do you serve on the board of your association?   Are you considering serving?   Whether you are a seasoned board member, a recently elected  board member or unit owner seeking to understand more about how an association runs, this course is for you!

Your community is your home and it is probably your biggest investment.  But did you also know it is a business?  The role of a community board is to protect and increase property value in an association.  In addition, their role is to preserve the quality of life in accordance with state & federal laws and association documents.  This is accomplished by operating the association, maintaining the common property, and enforcing the governing documents. 

Becoming a good board member is a process; but, you can minimize the errors and the time it takes you to get up to speed by attending this seminar.   We have gathered together a group of industry professionals: legal, insurance, maintenance, financial and capital planning to share their expertise.  In addition, this course provides the opportunity to interact with fellow board members and share your challenges and your triumphs!
