RENEW your Membership

Our CAI National office sends out a total of 3 renewal notices via USPS beginning 90 days before the membership is set to expire to the billing contact on file. If for some reason, you have not received this, you are welcome to call our Member Service Center at (888) 224-1321 and request a renewal notice be emailed to you. You can also email Nina Deck, in our Membership Department, to request a renewal invoice. Nina’s email is ndeck@caionline.org.

 

If the membership has not yet lapsed, or has been lapsed for under a year you are able to access your renewal invoice online. You will just need to sign in with your CAI login credentials, select ‘Renew/Redesignate’ at the top right hand side of their screen, under ‘My Open Invoices’ you will click ‘View’ – the invoice will then populate and you will be able to print.

 

 

***Individuals with a board membership can update their own information online. Payment information can only be updated by the billing or primary contact.
